Tajine or tagine from Morocco is a clay pot with a lid that embodies a cooking pot technique that is thousands of years old. In Morocco, both the casserole and the dishes cooked in it are called tajine (pronounced tagine). Our tagine "Terra Natur" is hand-made from natural clay, fired without additives or glaze and hand-painted. The “Terra Natur” tagine has a flat base and is therefore suitable for any type of stove, oven and charcoal grill. An ideal casserole for many dishes, it cooks very gently and the aromas created during stewing are retained.
