Artfully designed tiles have become the epitome of the Orient for many people. There is hardly anyone who is not enchanted by the sight of a Moroccan riad or Andalusian patio. Handcrafted oriental tiles transform every courtyard and terrace into a magical oasis. The small works of art are also very popular for the individual design of interior spaces , such as the bathroom, the sauna area, the kitchen - and increasingly also the living area.

Whether Mediterranean, discreet or orientally colorful, whether with geometric ornaments or a natural stone look, whether laid tone-on-tone or as a patchwork: Oriental wall tiles tell stories of distant lands and seduce you to dream. Tile borders frame a tile mosaic or create transitions between different patterns. Floor tiles have the same look, but must be resistant to wear and therefore more robust. The “exotic” oriental tiles are particularly valuable: in hand-painted tiles, the multi-colored ornaments are elaborately applied with a brush. And with the single-colored Zellige tiles (pronounced Djiliesch), firing in the clay kiln creates small unevenness and thus vividly iridescent colors. It couldn't be more unique.
