After much research, we have selected the “ Doukala ” casserole dish for you, which is exclusively made from... fireproof clay red clay is made in a traditional way. The Tagine "Doukala" is a first choice casserole with tested quality . Clay and glaze are included 1180°C fired and fused together, the glaze then forms a smooth, non-porous surface, which means it can withstand high temperatures. Both the glaze and the colors used are Lead-free and food safe :
